Returns
Company representative must authorize all returns. Returns without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Price-tagged or shop-worn merchandise will not be accepted.

Accommodation returns will be accepted only if preauthorized and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Claims
In event of factory error, present claim in writing within 10 days. Submission of a claim is not grounds for non-payment of invoice nor are deduction allowed without credit memo reference number from company representative.

Jurisdiction
Customer agrees that the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this agreement, and buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection of overdue receivables.
